Financial Information
Our Business Office
We are staffed by an extremely hard-working group of individuals whose goal is to make your medical care as seamless as possible. Whether it is an issue with an appointment, a referral, or your bill, they will endeavor to meet your needs with the highest level of satisfaction possible.
Insurance
We will submit claims to most major insurance carriers, and we are Medicare participants. Please bring your insurance card with you to every visit so that we can ensure that our records are accurate.
Specific questions regarding insurance coverage should be addressed by your carrier, or our business office may be able to assist you.
Payments
Payment of all co-insurances, co-payments, deductibles, and past due balances are due at the time of service. Additionally, if you do not have insurance, payment is required at the time of service. Co-pays cannot be waived. We accept cash, bank cards, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
